Now the infomercial started off with the reality that the time that we live in today or the so-called New Normal has affected an enormous amount of people if not all, but this just goes to show how, even in the world we live in underestimates the things people go through especially students as they are not accustomed to such drastic change, it might result to stress and unlike physical health, mental health is difficult for a person to detect, now think of it this way, when you get a cut, your finger will bleed and people can see that but when you are or another person is emotionally distressed, it is difficult to understand how that works because we don't know how that feels, some might be hiding it that it gathers inside the thought of a person and that person becomes stressed and pressured or even worse depressed because unlike a physical examination, depression can't be measured, it varies from person to person, and thats what change can do, some people can overcome it easily, others have difficulties trying to. The infomercial has shown us that students not well accustomed to pressure and stress have difficulties recovering from said stress. What I personally have learned from this infomercial is that a person's mental health is difficult to perceive and that a person may have bottled up his or her feelings that it may lead to something worse, so continue to communicate with each other, whether that's your classmate, son, daughter or relative, just communicate, because here during the New Normal communication is hard to achieve when it is most needed.
